Founded in 2016 “Market” was inspired by the essence of NYC’s Canal Street’s “bootleg” culture, straying from limited releases and aiming to create accessible product for the larger community. You will notice the iconic Smiley Face on many Market items, an image you will find on NYC shopping bags, and eventually leading to collaborations with “The Smiley Company”.
