Last year we saw Reebok and Kendrick Lamar work together for the first time on the popular 'Ventilator' silhouette. Now, starting 2016 off with a bang, the two are back at it this time selecting the 'Classic Leather'. Much like the first release, the shoe features a grey suede upper and an off-white mid sole resting upon a gum bottom. The most definitive characteristic of the shoe is the different coloured midsoles (red and blue) representing the two most notable gangs in LA, the Bloods and the Crips. The shoe features the words 'Red' and 'Blue' in there respected colours embossed on the back heel tabs. The look is completed with 'Neutral' on the backside of the tongue representing Kendrick Lamar's stance on the gang scene in Los Angeles where he was born and raised.
Look for the Kendrick Lamar x Reebok Classic Leathers to release this Saturday January 16th in limited quantities at NRML (184 Rideau) one pair per customer, while supplies last!
